This redevelopment in such a transitional area on the edge of downtown surely deserves its own thread. I have seen a number of proposals for this including demands that it should be a 'landmark' building (isn't everything over three stories these days?).
Anyway, here's the latest (Echo-style) site proposal. Hopefully the first of many. I have a sense of forboding that it might end up looking like a 6 storey campus style development.
