This thread is for the conversion of the Municipal Buildings on Dale Street. The building was sat empty for over a year before a Singaporean Investor bought the building under the name Fragrance Group. The building is planned for a 5* 189 bedroom Hotel, with new build elements including additional rooms, lift shafts, a gym and a swimming pool.
